For centuries, mainstream creative writing education has taught a single architecture type: Linear. Frameworks like the Hero's Journey, the Three-Act Structure, and Save the Cat are taught as fundamentally different approaches, yet they share identical structural DNA.
This exclusion sidelines the narrative heritage of 80% of the world. GriotsWell corrects this by providing the first interactive digital library of the 8 missing global architectures: Web, Spiral, Cyclical, Balance, Geographic, Multi-Trial, Negotiation, and Non-Conflict.
Curriculum Integration
GriotsWell is designed to be the foundational digital textbook for global narrative theory. We offer two independent interactive tool products designed for classroom use:
- 17 Plotting Tools: Cloud-based, AI-assisted workshops that guide students in applying these architectures to original creative work.
- 30 World Wizard Masters: Self-contained, offline-capable framework guides organized by 10 world regions (Africa, East Asia, Mesoamerica, etc.), teaching the history and cultural context of each tradition.
Institutional Licensing & Pilot Programs
